Tomasz advises on policy, legislation and regulation, as well as government relations with an emphasis on public policy matters and antitrust. He specializes in administrative, competition and consumer protection law.
Tomasz has extensive experience in the field of EU administrative law and a good understanding of complex decision-making processes within EU institutions and agencies. Before joining us, he worked for the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection in Poland and the Consumers’ Office in Germany.
He graduated from the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt-Oder (Germany) in Polish and German law. He holds a PhD in law sciences and a diploma in antitrust law.
