Hubert advises on the regulatory issues of Polish and EU law, specialising in energy & environment and sustainable development. He provides legal assistance to clients on pending legislation. He is experienced in antitrust & consumer protection law and the EU legislative process.

He used to provide state aid compliance assessments, as well as strategic advisory for domestic energy players. He worked in the EU institutions, international law firms and was involved in assignments for the Polish state and local administration.

He is a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He holds a diploma in antitrust law and an MBA in energy and climate policy.
