Kacper is a regulatory consultant specialising in digital policy, with a deep understanding of the video games industry. He is responsible for analysing emerging legislation and its potential impact on Clients’ operations at European and local level.

His expertise extends to intellectual property law and data protection regulations, honed through his experience at one of Poland's largest law firms and involvement in numerous international projects. 

Currently completing his law degree at the University of Warsaw, Kacper also holds a degree from the School of Law and Economy of China, has completed specialised training at the H. Grotius Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, and is a graduate of CD Projekt Red’s and Baker McKenzie’s Game Academy.
