Daniela gained her experience in media and public affairs working with different stakeholders and sectors such as technology, media and social impact. Her expertise includes media advocacy, digital affairs, policy analysis, strategy development and project management.

Previously, she worked as a policy analyst for Google's Government Affairs and Public Policy team, focusing on Central and Eastern Europe. She also has successfully led and contributed to several initiatives and campaigns promoting freedom of expression, human rights and democratic values in Poland and beyond. For example, at the Gazeta Wyborcza, Poland's largest quality daily newspaper and its philanthropic arm, where she co-created the Investigative Journalism Initiative, a national programme providing grants and legal support to investigative journalists.

An alumna of the Aspen Young Institute and a Senior Fellow of Humanity in Action, she is passionate about promoting leadership and civic engagement.
